It's Atlantic Canada -- not Atlantic Coast -- QSO Party the reason for the Maple Leaf background.

New Map: Atlantic Coast QSO Party ACQP 2
I developed a map for the ACQP. The map only supports N1MM ADIF files for now. The map will appear similar to below. Let me know if you have any issues with this new map. You will find this map under Contest Maps --> State QSO Parties. The "counties" are labeled using the contest 5-character abbreviations. Hoving a mouse over a worked (green) county will display the call signs/band/mode worked in that county. The number above the 5-character abbrev. is the number of stations worked in that county.

State QSO Parties: New Maps 6
I'm in the process of upgrading all the state QSO Party Maps. Here are some examples of the new maps. Each map labels every county and highlights your counties worked. Hovering a mouse over a worked county shows each station worked in that county including the mode and band. (Wisconsin & North Carolina maps below are examples of this). The Contest Map menu options, allow you to select either the new or the old map.

I rewrote this program -- there had been a couple of issues. The old program is retired.

Oklahoma QSO Party log question 2
N5OT and I logged about 2500 QSOs in the Oklahoma QSO party. I tried uploading the log to generate a map, but the upload failed. I presume this is due to the log size. I recall having a similar issue in the past but I thought that the issue had been addressed to allow larger uploads. Am I mistaken? Thanks. --73, Rus, K2UA

Viewing your contacts on a globe 5
I've been asked how can I view my contacts on a globe that I can spin around. The answer is to use the KML download feature of QSOMAP under the File Option. Download a KML file and then import the KML file into Google earth

Combining Maps
If you have your own website, you can easily combine interractive maps. For example, I worked the NC QSO Party over the weekend. I wanted to show the NC counties I worked AND the U.S. States I worked: The Interractive map is here Let me know if you would like more detailed instructions -- or just examine the HTML code.

Spiral Bound User Manual
I like hardcopy manuals so I can write notes inside. Click HERE to view the new spiral bound hardcopy manual. My printing company charges me $15 each and the post office charges $10 shipping so $25 each.

New Map for CQ Prefix Contest (Worked CQ Zones & Worked Prefixes
I'm considering developing a new map that shows for the CQ Prefix contest your worked Zones in RED and worked Prefixes in RED. For example Prefix "KL" in Alaska is in red, 5A in Libya is red. Zones 5, 33, 35 are in gray (unworked zones). The map is from OK1RR. Would a map like this be useful?

Worked All States Map 4
This map uses QSOs stored in the QSOMAP database (from ADIF uploads). The map allows you to hover your mouse over a state to display the number of contacts made in that state. State colors are based on the number of QSO logged in that state with green being the most contacts and fewer as the color changes toward red.

County Hunter map not working for me 3
I am having trouble getting the county hunter map to work for me. I have tried the following formats for the cnty adif tag. New Map - POTA Hunter Worked States Map 3
https://www.qsomap.com/potahunterstatescsv.php Download your POTA Hunter .CSV file and upload it to the new map (above). You can display 1 of 2 maps" All worked states are colored in Green All worked states are shaded from Red to light blue depending on the number of parks worked in that state. Here is what my two maps look like. Notice if you hover over a state, it will display the number of POTA contacts in that state.

POTA Map for Ham Radio Deluxe users
Ham Radio Deluxe is in the process of developing new release which will make this obsolete -- but for now it works fine! I'm testing a POTA map that is based on your own logbook instead of the POTA website's logbook. The link to this map is: https://www.qsomap.com/qsomapadifpota.php This requires some setup in HRD on the ADD QSO screen. Select the Custom tab and click the Configure button below Custom field 6 and change the name to POTA For each POTA contact, enter the POTA's grid square in the Locator: field and the Park Number in the POTA custom field. When you export your ADIF file, be sure to select ADIF + Ham Radio Deluxe and upload that ADIF file to the map program.

Mapping OSOs 2
I am a relatively new ham (KC3WRH). For the life of me I cannot figure out how folks map their OSOs so quickly and with apparently ease. I have been noodling around trying to find a simple way to do this. I have Thousands of QSOs in my AC Log and would like to select and make a map of. I have looked at a few tutorials, but none were recent and the steps they suggest looks Like they may have changed. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would truly be appreciated. Thanks for your acceptance in this group! George
