QSP from QRZINDIA Dear Fellow Hams, This is with reference of the instructions of the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, Government of India dated 21st July 2020 for Crowd Sourcing of suggestions for review of existing Customs duty exemption notifications/Customs laws and procedures. In this regard we are coordinating with the department to decrease the GST rates for import and sale of electronic items used by HAMS, this will benefit the Amateur Radio operators – HAMS by reducing the cost of equipment. We request you to submit the below form immediately, so that the same can be collated to forward to ministry on behalf of All Amateur Radio operators in India.
