Other Digital EmComm Groups

AJ6MJ-PatMc All Messages By This Member #7 开云体育 I am currently a member of two other groups focusing on Digital EmComm.? Both are in Groups.io EmComm Training, or the EmComm Training Organization (ETO) focuses on Winlink, and organizes regular exercises that used to be called "Winlink Thursday." A spin-off from that group is EmComm Direct Messaging, which concentrates on Winlink P2P and VARAC.? It also holds regular exercises. I suggest that you all check those two groups out.? QRV-Digital shouldn't be duplicating what these others do, but needs to find its own niche. PatMc AJ6MJ

I do see ?but it looks like that list only has one or two posts per month. I would think that QRV would be more about discussion and exchange of ideas.? There doesn't seem to be much actual discussion on that EmComm Training group I found?? So I think that QRV does not seem to crossover into that other list's territory, at least not based on the very limited message archive I'm seeing? Can you clarify? Thanks! Wayne Francis All Messages By This Member #9 Hi Glen, Well from what I see the Ecomm group has an activity at least once a month, they perform a different scenario each time. Which is great to learn the WInlink application and the many uses. This group I hope will be a forum where we can share thoughts and tell each other what our plans are to be ready. My project for the new year is to put up my 3 element yagi and install my solar panel outside. I hope this helps. 73 de W3HIZ, Wayne
