I also had no idea there was a 20ft model ... mine arrived today. The merchant may start to wonder what's going on with all the fishing activity in California all of a sudden - hi. I was looking at the pics you posted under "pacifica" Was that a vertical moxon and if so, how did that perform? Also - did you try rotating it to measure performance? Also - Here's a shortened vertical design - wonder if anyone has tried such a config? 73 - and good luck with the activity this weekend. Deon k6wh --- In QRPops@..., Nick Garner <nwgarner@...> wrote:

That was a moxon that you saw in those pictures.? Dave put it up so I'll let him talk about it.? He was all over Tasmania and Australia with his 10w 703 that day though. Regarding that vertical, I think Tim did something like that with his 14' pole.? I remember seeing something similar at Pacific Shores on afternoon before he did his Oregon -> SFO bike trip last year. Nick On Sat, Jan 30, 2010 at 12:11 AM, capesafari <ft7800@...> wrote:

The Moxon end-fed idea sounds interesting. I'll call you to setup a sched. We should have a path on 20m during FYBO. Wonder what kind of temps you guys are expecting for Sat? Good luck with the setup tomorrow. 73 - Deon --- In QRPops@..., Nick Garner <nwgarner@...> wrote:
