I have Dr appt in Pleasanton tomorrow so will miss ops, dinner, FARS, Steve's talk looks very interesting.

Is anyone doing anything for Winter Field Day this weekend?? If I get out it'll be at the park with kx2 and alexloop.

Last Saturday we went to the summit of Mt Diablo, for the VHF+ contest.? That was fantastic!!? Many 2m/70/23 QSOs from 1100 to 1230 or so, then fun times playing microwaves until 4pm.

Any reason to get fresh air and sunshine is a good one!

The annual science fair is looking for judges. It is totally amazing what the local students are doing.

I think this will be my 10th year and I can't wait for the next one.

Anyone with a background in science, engineering or math.? The registration will ask about your experience.? Likely first timers would be judging junior high.?
