Re: Big Mast
Nick, I think you should get one of these. It is a little heavy for backpacking, but just think of all the babes on the beach coming by to see what you were UP to. Dave W6VYC

Re: New 20m Vertical
Nick I also had no idea there was a 20ft model ... mine arrived today. The merchant may start to wonder what's going on with all the fishing activity in California all of a sudden - hi. I was

Re: QRP magazine
Dave, I think this one was a promo copy going back to 2006, proving that interest in qrp is timeless--at least for me. If you scroll down the ARCI webpage (www.arci.org) they show all the back

Re: New 20m Vertical
Deon, I am still experimenting with the Moxon 2 element vertical. I off-set fed the thing with a 4:1 balun to try and get the feed point closer to the ground. It is supported by two Jackite 31 ft.

Re: New 20m Vertical
Thanks Nick, Dave The Moxon end-fed idea sounds interesting. I'll call you to setup a sched. We should have a path on 20m during FYBO. Wonder what kind of temps you guys are expecting for
