Ron is building one of these and told me know about it. It has a Tayloe I/Q receiver, CMOS driver chip for a PA and STM-32 Disco Board for the signal processing and control. All this for about $100.

PAARA is having its homebrew night, so I also plan to go to dinner at the Green Elephant at 6 and the meeting after at 7.

I¡¯m back in town. WX looks good for Friday. If my doc says it¡¯s OK to go skiing (I just had a simple prostate surgery), I will leave for Palisade-Tahoe Friday afternoon. If not, I will be at the Baylands and see you guys. It¡¯s been a while and I have lots of stories to tell.
