Did you also experiment with a headset ? I would rather like to use a headset and As I understand the ones for Computers are too weak. By the way the Radtel one is not available actually and the alternative is more than 9 "Bucks".

I did it for my Heil headset but it also seems OK for PC headsets with separate headphone and microphone plugs.
