Hi With more than 1 USB Serial Ports I use WSJT's FreqCal Mode together with TXCO frequency set from System config with putty (you have to return to a upper menu with Esc button the change you make to take place)

I can get to less than 1 Hz accuracy. When the GPS frequency alignment implemented as QCX we will not need this.
