QMX+ Front PCB to large for enclosure

Michael All Messages By This Member #145469 Searched but did not find anything - Completed the QMX+ build and was assembling into the case when I found that the front panel PCB will not fit into the case. The case is 96mm inside. The case is 99mm between the grooves The front metal panel is 106mm at the widest point The front PCB is 105mm across. Basically I am trying to squish 105mm into a 96mm opening. Not going to happen. ? Photos are attached ? -- Since it is completely built, should I try and Dremel 10mm off the front PCB? Anders SM0HPL / 5X7W All Messages By This Member #145470 Hmm… it looks like the left side (on your picture) has a part that should be snapped off. Look in the build manual at page 41. Then you will see what the front board should look like. ? Good luck! ? Anders

I use long-nosed pliers to break along that line... It's described in the manual, though I can't tell you where!
