QDX Tx jam on using WSTJ-X

Anyone seen this problem??
I am running WSPR on my QDX using WSJT-X and a Raspi. I am running bandhopping (80/40/20m), and set the WSJT-X schedule up ticking the TUNE option for each band I am operating on. This is to make my auto tune atu retune on each band change. I was not transmitting, just receiving. BUT, when i looked at my QDX sometime later, the red led was indicating it was on transmit, but receiving no tx audio drive. and had got stuck like that!

The tx audio levels are set to max in WSJT-X for both TUNE and tx modes, and I can transmit if I wanted to.?
It seems there may be an issue with the QDX when send a band change command closely followed by a brief transmit command (automatic from WSJT-X), but then the tx disable command is not being seen?
Any ideas please.

Are you sure WSJT-X sends the RX command to disable the TUNE?
I always have to hit TUNE to enable, and hit TUNE again to disable it.

Can you log the messages to be sure that WSJT-X is sending 2 messages?

Hi Robert,
I am talking about the ¡®tune¡¯ tick box in each FREQUENCY column of the wsjtx bandhopping SCHEDULE, not the Tx ¡®TUNE¡¯ feature on the main page.
It also seems the QDX stops responding to any more commands while ¡®stuck¡¯ in this PTT enabled mode as Wsjt-x comes up with an error message after a while saying it cannot get a response from the qdx.
