QCX Challenge & QCX WARC Party -> New support web page :-)
Hello,
?
I have created a website to support these two events. The site is now permanently available.
?
For the current month, the days on which the events take place are always displayed. Then there is a display of cluster spots that contain the word QCX or QMX in the comment text. You only need to create a spot where this is included to appear there. You may then find other QCXies more quickly. The spots are also always available, but only the spots from the last 24 hours are displayed. Please give it a try, right now or at any time, so that I can see if it works. ?

Tom, The buttons are there on both my iPhone and desktop Windows machine but there does not seem to be any response to attempted button clicks except that the calendar date turns gray when clicked? Ah ok maybe with 'buttons' you mean the calendar ? The dates of both events are just marked, ther is no functionaliy behind them.
Ther's a 'mouseover' to change the appearance that's all. But yes maybe I should remove the mouseover effect, it makes no sense ,
otherwise you expect something to happen.

Hello Tom just tried several spots but no show in the APP. There are a lot of so called "web clusters" who only show spots from online users locally, they are not feeded to real cluster network.
You can check for example here your spots:

Many clusters only forward (or allow at all) spots if you have login/password.
Which callsign did you use to spot ?

开云体育OK Tom looks like using my own call didn't work, just tried with DP0POL and that came through.

Thanks

Nice work Tom, but please check the way you determine the dates.
The WARC Party is always two weeks before the Challenge, so for this month it's next week , January 13th, not the 20th
?
I know it's not possible to enter this in e.g. a Google calendar, so maybe we have to change this to "second monday of the month", which is easier for calendar programs.
Any supporters of changing this ?

I would like to have Luc's reminders also in future and then hang on the discord page which is nice if propagation is not with us just to know who is around.? Anyhow I am looking forward to a QSO with you, Tom during the next event. Yes of course, my page should only be an additional support and help, not a replacement of existing procedures.
I'm looking forward to the next event :-) |
