QCX+ assembly (IC5 through IC 10 identification

I just started assembly of a qcx+ I just got. The manual (PCB 4 version)? inventory shows:
QTY 1?LM4562, 8-pin dual op-amp? (IC5)
qty 5 NE5532 8-pin dual op-amp? (IC6-10)

I have 5 LM4562 and 1 NE5532 (backwards from the inventory)
The NE5532 has a silver dot on it? and one of the LM4562 has 2 white dots on it.
I am sure this is the identification mentioned mention on a piece of paper in the kit, but?
I'll be darned if I can find that piece of paper it it would help.
Any hints out there ??? Looks like it might have been some sort of spec identification.

Thanks,? Doug N4IJ

Hello Doug

Use the 2-dot LM4562 for IC5.?
Use the 1-dot NE5532 for IC10.?
Use the other ICs for IC6, 7, 8 and 9.?

This is what the little piece of paper said.
