Low power after calibration

After the calibration with an earlier SSB beta version the maximum power is drastically less in CW mode.?
In the meantime I have replaced the four PA FETs but without any improvement. What could be the cause of this? I have performed the calibration properly with a dummy load at the antenna output. Maybe the PA driver? Is this easy to replace yourself? I bought it built :-).? ?
