Ham Radio Crash Course is building a QMX tonight!

Popular American West Coast Youtuber is building a QMX on stream tonight at 8 PM EDT (US East Coast Time).
?
Seems like it might be of interest to the group.

It was not in fact live as it turns out, but rather a well put together 2 hour video of what he estimated was 6 hours of footage over 2 days, with two back to back errors on the screen installation solved on camera, which is always good to see (forgot to solder a jumper causing no screen power, then a solder bridge in the same spot that left a garbled screen).
?
A very enjoyable time, filled with design appreciation.

It should also be of interest that Josh will be using his new QMX (Rev 1 but not built until now) to complete the "1-pound POTA challenge" again. It's a challenge he made up wherein you complete a POTA activation with at least 1 SSB, 1 Digi, and 1 CW contact. All equipment that you carry in (radio, battery, antenna, computer, etc) weighs less than 1 pound. So far it's been done with the truSDX but the QMX seems to be a better choice.
