Is there somewhere I can find the mods, and fixes for rev 3 in one place? or at least a list of them that I can research..
I'll also need same for some rev 1's

- changed C71, 72, 73 and 74 into a SMD 0604 0R resistor (0 Ohm bridge)?

No easy, it is all included in previous posts. Reasons often to avoid what are considered common failures, some to avoid possible failures, some to possibly improve performance. Somewhere Bojan gave details of his reasons for his last post. I remember thinking I would not bother with some of them.
The first place to look is the main QDX page, specifically the firmware updates give some clues.
The best way is to have read every post, second to search old posts.

FYI, my Rev.3 has been working well without any of these mods. The only changes I've made are to keep the firmware updated.?
I understand some of them have overcurrent issues, and some have Op Amp lockup issues, so may need mods, but mine hasn't demonstrated these problems. I just mention this because you may not need to make any changes.

I was reading Hans's comments on each and every new HW and FW revision and relevant manual.
