Hi, Guys

A Wrist Rocket, a cheap fishing reel with monofilament, a one-ounce fishing sinker, and a roll of paracord. Attach the Wrist Rocket and fishing reel to a short piece of PVC pipe. Shoot the sinker over the top of the tree, and when it makes it to the ground (it will, trust it) remove the sinker and tie the paracord to the end of the line. Reel it in. For temporary use the paracord is insulator enough.

Try an arborist throw line. You can buy them on Amazon for $20-50 depending how nice you go. I saw this one on kmrd radio stuff YouTube channel:?

Also look for uv stable zips they are out there. I THINK the black ones are better about that.?

But yeah, check in a microwave to make sure they aren’t conductive enough to absorb RF.
