I built the VFO kit yesterday and while the main board boots up the Si5351 synthesizer is not detected by the main processor and I also notice that the output of the LM317 is 1.1 volts instead of the approximately 3.3 volts. It will go into diagnostic mode and then display the firmware information and after that the error. I have looked for bad solder joints and I can't seem to find any of them anywhere but I did accidentally put the board in backward going by the picture in the instructions and even put it in without being populated! What could possibly be causing this issue because I am completely lost at this point and out of ideas.
