Order status for a QDX


 

Is there any way to check the status of an order if you didn't register at the time that you place the order? My order number is?50318.

I'm 50314, and mine is showing as not yet shipped. If I remember I'll come back here and reply when mine ships, as it should be in the same batch as yours


 

I have order #50250 and the order is complete, but not yet shipped.

but eventually, my order number will come up in line and they will ship it out :D

I did not create a user account either because of the issues, AND I used my @charter.net email. I created a ticket with the website, and Hans converted the email of my order to another email address that I use, then he resent the emails to me.?

So with other customers saying they are getting emails when their order was shipped, I trust the process that the email will be sent.

Reading other threads here, it also looks like people with customer accounts are not seeing anything more under their account, than what we are seeing in emails.

So patience is the key here. Hans is a small company with family commitments too. Personally, if it takes a month to get it from order to shipping, it is better than an SSD external drive order that took over 2 months to even get a shipping confirmation.

Oops! My QDX order number was also 50250 and the goods arrived here in Sweden Tuesday November 2. Maybe the QRP-Labs web shop lost control over the order numbers during the pile-up overload?

I think I was very lucky because 1) placing the order was not easy and
the website stalled several times and 2) my order #50419 is now in
Belgium, Liege Airport. It was shipped from Turkey to Miami because I

On arrival in Miami it'll be forwarded to Paraguay. The mailforwarder is
very reliable.

Curt is 50260... Not 50250.?

The shop actually did fairly well, despite the apparent crashed pages... There were no duplicate order IDs.

Several people emailed me having accidentally placed multiple orders, which I think merely occurred because during all the panic and crashes, they weren't sure that their order had been placed, and kept on pulling the trigger.?

I later did a detailed reconciliation and there were no PayPal or Credit card payments that didn't have a corresponding order entry.?

The main issue as far as I'm concerned is the 24 orders placed after the stock really hit zero. I did have a reserve buffer but I wanted to keep that for the inevitable boards that would fail the final QC, for anything lost in the post, or damaged in the post, etc. Due to the over-orders I don't have that safety margin now.?

I just went back and checked again, Hans is correct, my order number is 50260.

I blame older eyes and laptop screen, or maybe I didn't have my glasses on at the time :D

in other words, I interpreted the email incorrectly.


 

As promised, I'm returning to say mine shipped about 6 hours ago. Order 50314, from US stock. Yours shouldn't be too far behind! Good luck.


 

I got an email that my order #50260 was shipped on 2021/11/10.

I am not sure if it was shipped from US or Turkey, because it is not showing up in the informed delivery on the USPS website.

But it will get here when it gets here. It will be a week or two before I have a chance to build it.
