Ken,
I absolutely love it! As usual, the final result of your workmanship looks more like jewelry than machinery. Have you given any thought to making a modified version of this case available as a kit of silk-screened PCB parts on the QRPGuys website? I imagine the manufacturing techniques would be similar to those used in the PCB fabricated parts used in the Lidia Receiver, the Multi Z Tuner, and the Paddle lineup. I would suggest mounting the QRP-Labs provided controls on a small PCB with front-panel standoffs to bring the controls out at the proper height without the use of extensions. 73, Tom? |
Al,
If you look into the mentioned document on qrpguys website, you find a detailed instruction for decals on page 9-10. All labels are ready to be printed out on some water soluble paper. Not only the enclosure is great but also the building instructions. I impressed from this high quality craftsmanship.? Thx qrpguys for showing us. 73 de Armin, DJ2AG |
