Ultimate QRSS kit, pads for coils

"newarroja" #600 Good morning, I'm almost done assembling an Ultimate QRSS kit for 40m and noticed that the assigned holes to insert the coils do not have solder pads. Is this normal or should I proceed and do a little scrapping before inserting and soldering the coils? Thank you, Paulo, CT2IWW
