Hi Hans.

I have gone over the checks again.

I can connect with putty just fine when USB ports is set to 1.

With ports set to 2, putty brings up the terminal screen if I connect to either of ttyACM0 or ttyACM1, but pressing Enter does nothing, no response from the QMX+.

I don't think I am missing anything.
