New Chat: RX outside band problems

Group Notification #130813 A new chat has been created: Can't save frequency in either VFO. I can save in Preselects. If I shutdown, outside band entry in VFO disappears replaced by 18.104.60 The outside band entry is 15.000.00. What is going on here?
