1. Can someone tell me what might be causing an intermittent reading when I perform the Image scan for 20 meters?

(high band unit, 12 V/1.1 A p.s. settings, 95 mA rx, 20 watt dummy load on output)
From the first time I ran the test a few weeks ago the reading was 0.3. Recently, the reading was jumping between -24 and -28.
I would scan 20, then 17, then 20 again and get the change in reading from 0.3 to -24 to -28.3 to -29 or -24.
Does this point to a poor connection somewhere? Is a T401 winding shorting intermittently?

2. The outputs on 10, 12 and 20 are lower than I'd like. How can I tweak them to be closer to 5 watts?

10 - 3.0 W/1.28 SWR (all reading from the Diagnostics page with Elecraft 20 watt dummy load)
12 - 2.6 W/1.26 SWR
15 - 5.4 W/1.18 SWR
17 - 4.1 W/1.17 SWR
20 - 3.4 W/1.12 SWR

3. Is the 10 m IQ scan usually this irregular?

4. On the Diagnostics page my paddle test works ok, but sometimes the dit side shows PRESS11 after erasing the red box. An error message?

5. Are these 20 and 10 m RF scans normal? Will centering the curves help the power output? How is that done?
