Straight key setup on QMX+ FW23

Roger Hill All Messages By This Member #127117 Hi All. Doing initial setup on my QMX+, FW23. Keyer set to straight, mode set to TIP, my key is permanently keying the rig. The same key works fine on my QCX+, same settings. Is anyone else seeing that behaviour at FW23, or should I go and hunt for the short? 73 Roger 8P6RX

Hans Summers All Messages By This Member #127123 Hi Roger There's a bug report open, that the "tip" and "ring" are reversed on the straight key setting. So for now try "ring" as the straight setting even though you've got a mono plug (means it ought really to be "tip").
