OK I hope I can make this make sense.

I am struggling to get the IQ output of my QMX+ be properly synchronised with any SDR app.? The screenshot attached is of SDRConsole and you can see that the FT8 signal is not on 14.074 even though that is what my QMX+ is tuned to.? Also, when I dial the VFO the signals move up and down the frequency range.

So, even when I have it sync'd for say 14Mhz to 14.024 (the bandwidth of the panadapter), when I then dial the VFO to start moving up to 14.025 and beyond the whole thing becomes unsync'd.

Note - I have tried using Omnirig to read too and from the QMX+ and whilst the kind of works, if I click on a signal to tune to it, because then the IQ out frequency jumps it the alters the whole IQ output to a different output frequency so it does not then tune to the signal I saw.

Am I missing a step somewhere?

Yes. That is not what I'm trying to do as such.?

I am not so bothered about the QMX talking to omnirig etc or not although that does not fully work even though I have them communicating.?

My problem is, for example. I start the QMX and any SDR app (note the frequencies are not exact but as an approximation).? FT8 is showing on the SDR app at 14.089 and my QMX is tuned to say 14.030.

If I tune my QMX up to 14.040, the FT8 signal moves to 14.099 on the SDR panadapter.

If I do have omnirig syncing everything, let's says I see a signal at 24.025. I click on it and my QMX does switch to 14.025 but because the IQ frequency then changes also, that signal jumps to say 14.038 on the SDR app so I don't hear ot and not was it at 14.025 in reality. That's just where it was showing on the SDR app.
