Contacting QRP Labs about order error

Hank Tyler

I very recently ordered a QDX but for the wrong frequency range. What is the best way to contact them to correct my order?

Thanks!

Hans is traveling so he won't get back to you for about a week but use the support ticketing system.

Right now, offer it for trade for the one you meant to order.? That'll be the fastest.

I agree with Colin. I have used the ticketing system to successfully change an order.?

Thanks! I just submitted a ticket!

Same here... a few days ago I ordered a QMX by mistake, didn't see the QMX+.?
I put in a ticket to change the order to a QMX+. I haven't heard back yet but I understand Hans is in Dayton right now.

Yep. Ticket on for me also as I forgot to add the QLG3 to my QMX+ order. No big deal if I have to order it separately but would be nice a) to get it all together and b) to save on shipping.

Hi all

I'll sort it all out, don't worry. Anyone who ever went to FDIM/Hamvention will know how hectic it is. I slept 2-5 hours per night the whole of the past week here. So please bear with me while I catch up on the tickets.?

Hans,

You can Sleep on your long plane ride home. But that probably won¡¯t help much;)

It was Nice to see you again at FDIM and Hamvention but you looked like hell. I wanted to chat but you being busy making sales and looking like death warmed over, I didn¡¯t want to bother you.

Thank You for the FDIM presentation and Surprise of a New kit. I am a Happy Repeat Customer.

Be sure to get some rest and maybe a Vacation once you are settled back into QRP Labs.

Thanks again and 73,

Thanks Kevin?

Now arrived in DC... I don't sleep too well on planes (you know how tall I am)... At least not since I left corporate life and QRP Labs Chief Financial Officer (a.k.a. XYL) doesn't put me in business class :-D

I'm still death warmed up but I guess I'll recover eventually, and FDIM/Hamvention was loads of fun. Really great event this year. See you again next year!
