Sorry to bring this up, but I've seen threads with no solution.

Having just completed what I thought was a very careful build of the QMX, I get no response other than a clicking sound both when I plug in the power cable, and when I depress the left pot.

Tried two brand new USB C cables, and the computer doesn't recognize the QMX so I can download firmware. Screen is totally blank at this stage.

Any ideas gratefully appreciated.

I had the same problem when I first connected my QMX to my Mac. Solved the problem by using a PC. Everything was fine and the firmware installed.?
