QMX operating voltage to install firmware

Hi, group.? I just finished building a QMX from Santa Claus, having wired it for 12 volts.? I have started by supplying 6 volts at 150MA and see some signs of life but do not see indications on my PC that the USB-C is connected.? Should?I increase the voltage to 12 volts, and increase the current to be able to connect via USB-C?? Its a REV 2 board with the diode mod. Thanks!

Take a peek at pg 62 of the builders manual. Items 9 and 10 talk about powering it up. I use 7.5V at 250ma.?

In other posts, I have read that approximately 160ma before loading the firmware is normal.? Based on that, I would leave the voltage at 6 and increase the current to 200ma.

Read the assembly manual's firmware loading instructions (section 2.32 Firmware installation).?

Also, read the Operating Manual.
