Using version 12.
Is there a way to lock into transmit so I can measure output and/or activate a QRP tuner?

Put the keyer into straight mode.? Then simply hold down the paddle.

Get a noise bridge and give your finals a break.
Qrpguys has one very inexpensive model that works quite well and super easy to build.?

It may not work for an auto tuner, tho.?

Hi,
with my QDX and QMX (you did not say for what device you are asking) for that purpose I use the TUNE button while in wsjt-x program. But as Bryan said I would also advise caution at using ATU.
