QCX Mini kit order

 

Hello QRP Labs Community,

I recently placed an order for the QCX Mini Kit about five days ago, and I'm eagerly looking forward to receiving it. However, I've noticed that my order hasn't shipped yet, and I couldn't find any information about potential delays on the store page.

I understand that delays can happen, and I'm not in a rush. I just wanted to check if there might be any issues with the shipping process.

It'll be worth the wait, OM. Good luck with the build! Use the delay to read the assembly manual - at least twice :-)

You will probably have to log in to your account and dig awhile to see if it has shipped. ?For some reason emails from QRP Labs get rejected by many email services and don¡¯t be surprised or insulted if some jerk on this group jumps on you for wasting their time reading your email despite there being no other possible way to inquire about shipping. ?

I seem to recall something like finding out they ship every week or 2 weeks and that I ordered the day of shipping so had to wait the full time. ?It was terrible! ?It¡¯ll come though. ? Like they said, read the build instructions several times.?
 

I don't know, because it says that the normal is 1 business day for kits. I will have to wait I guess. Thank you for your responses, 73.
 

Hello all

My apologies for the delayed answer to this thread.?

We actually ran out of QCX-mini last week and the new QCX-mini PCBs I ordered did not get here before the QCX-minis ran out; the manufacturing and PCB assembly completed but the shipment has not arrived yet. So it will likely be some time towards the end of next week that we are able to ship pending QCX-mini orders.?

I will add a message to the QCX-mini ordering page and update the shipment status page with this information.?

Greetings Group, new member here. I ordered a QCX-Mini kit and can't wait to get and build it. Looks like a very well engineered QRP pocket rig.

Hello Daniel

Yes - we have the boards here, and they passed?testing; we have some necessary parts coming, they are in import customs at the moment. So should be here in a few days. Until then I do think we have enough parts on hand to start shipping 20 or 30 mini kits.?

Hi Daniel and Dan

We got 25 QCX-mini kits prepared using available parts on hand, and the 500 new PCBs which arrived here on Friday. My team also built three and verified they work fine, and also ran them through my test jig? - all is well. So we will ship those 25 tomorrow.?

The other boxes of parts are still on the road, FedEx are a little slow this time. The tracking shows them in Istanbul already on Friday and normally I'd expect to have them in hand?by now. Anyway as soon as they get here we'll be able to pack the rest of the kits and ship them out.?
