QMX Did connect to Computer and now it doesn't

When I built this, QMX connected to Dell to download software using a USB-C t0 USB-A .?
QMX then connected to Mac using same cable with Mac USB A- C adapter.
Was able to use QMX to make contacts on FT8 on several bands.?

Now unable to connect to either Dell or Mac computer.

Purchased new USB-C to USB-C that has some kind of Apple=Intel-Microsoft C certification.
Still unable to connect to Mac, but on the Dell I am able to connect, however, on FT8, I am unable to decode audio signals in WSJT or JTDX, although I can hear them on my headphones. I get a message from both programs "No Audio Input"

I've gone in an retouched all the solder connections on the QMX USB connector thinking there may be an intermittent connection. Still no luck.

I don't have any 5.1K SMD resistors so I haven't tried that. But I doubt if that will solve problem since at one time I was able to use this QMX and the USB-C to USB-A cable on both Mac and Dell without them.

Does anyone have any ideas? Other than no audio input to computer on FT8, this QMX works well on CW and power output acceptable on all bands.

Hi Phil,

Can you connect to the QMX with PuTTY or another terminal program?

Have you verified the audio device in Windows Device Manager?
