Is there anyone who knows how and would be willing to replace the Si5351 synthesizer chip in my QCX transceiver with a good one? I do not have the equipment or equipment to do the SMD removal and soldering.

I will gladly pay for your time and expertise.

If you have a soldering iron then you do have the equipment. Use a bevel or chisel tip.
