QDX quit working

Tom Rahl All Messages By This Member #105581 After operating with no problems for about a week, my QDX transceiver failed in the middle of an FT8 contact and the red light went out. When power is applied now, the red light comes on and then dims to no light at all. My eyesight and soldering skills are not sufficient to fix the unit even if I knew how.? Does anyone?know of? a place in the States that I can send my unit for repair.? I really liked it for the week that I used it.? I enjoyed both FT8 and JS8Call.? Worked flawlessly during that time. Jeff Brennan All Messages By This Member #105627 Tom - agree with nw2w - Jeff Moore took care of one of my QDXs that stopped working suddenly. ?I had another QDX and QCX as backup and, due to work, no real time to troubleshoot. ?The process with Jeff was smooth and he kept me informed of what he did.
