Re: QMX+ and DTR/RTS like CW keyering
Hello Ken This will be very easy to do with a simple script once I have implemented the intended BASIC scripting. 73 Hans G0UPL http://qrp-labs.com https://buymeacoffee.com/g0upl

Re: QMX Plus in contest
Thanks Roelof. It also matches what Stan mentioned earlier. So that's fine, I will code it like that. 73 Hans G0UPL http://qrp-labs.com https://buymeacoffee.com/g0upl [email protected]> wrote:

QMX Plus Outputting Loud Audio Noise

Re: QMX Receiving FT8 but No Change When Antenna Disconnected
Ah, thanks for catching the wrong schematic. Checked T501, L502, T507, and L514 ¨C those all have continuity (and L514 measures out at 1.2-1.5 ohms). I reflowed them just to make sure there's no

Re: QMX+ L504 1/2 W or 1 W?
I just broke mine, also. It's too close to the edge of the board, so my PCB assembly clamp broke it :-(. I don't have an assortment of axial inductors, but when I look online, the seem to come in 1/2

Re: QRPLabs 10 Watt Linear with QMX+
So.. I also have the 10 Watt amp that was designed for the QSX (head hanging in grief). I intend to put mine in ?uBitX in place of that amplifier. Or, just build something based on the same

A suggestion along the same lines¡There is currently an as yet unused ¡®AUX¡¯ connector on the rear of the QMX+. I have an autotune atu that puts a PTT output signal to the aux input of my HF rig

Hello Zachariah, Use the Terminal program to access the Band Configuration screen.? On that page, you can adjust the audio gain for each band.? The details are in the operating manual on page 95,

Re: QRPLabs 10 Watt Linear with QMX+
Guys, if it is not a silly question, why did you not leave out the 2xBS170 pre-driver stage on the 10w linear amp to reduce the gain and not need such a large (value) input attenuator? The 50w amp (I

Low input levels in WSJT-X with no way to adjust them #mac #qmx

Re: QRPLabs 10 Watt Linear with QMX+
To use 10W linear amp from QRPLABS with QMX or QMX+ , power PA mosfets with 5V instead of 12V. This will reduce power to 300 to 500 mW which is easier to tame with attenuators. Here is my take for

Re: QDX Low Receive but Xmit fine with OSX
Not familiar with the Mac. The firmware update should not involve the terminal. You copy the firmware file over to your rig as if it were a flash drive. Read the section on the firmware update

Re: QRPLabs 10 Watt Linear with QMX+
Hi Nate, Actually I did not worry about that. I use a separate receive antenna for the QMX. I have a relay antenna switch between the QMX and the amplifier to connect the RX antenna when receiving.

Re: QRPLabs 10 Watt Linear with QMX+
The 10W linear is at max 50milliwatt drive, typical is more like 20-25milliwatts. So attenuation of the SMX will be in the range of 18 db and need to be switched out for RX. All that for maybe 10W, no
