These statistics date back to when we started sending the kits from Turkey not Japan; this was in May 2018.

This means at the time I ran these statistics (last week some time), we had received 2,563 orders. We had shipped 2,547. Of those 2,547 packages, 274 people emailed me to inform me of the arrival date. Of those 274, the average shipping time was 19 days (calendar days including weekends. NOT business days). The fastest was 6 days and the slowest, 53 days.
As I mentioned before, it is normal for there to be a delay without tracking events, between leaving Istanbul and arriving in New York. As far as I know, this gap includes the actual transport and the US customs processing..
