The Keysight meter and old GenRad that I have always seem to match within reason. I don't know how either work but they are lab quality meters.?
Same with the resistance measurement.?
?I think a 91% change between S1/P1 and S2/P1, when they are the same number of turns, is telling me something. I don't know what it's telling me :) but I'm not one to see that sort of thing and not at least ask why. I took multiple readings and the difference is the same. I need to know why things are they way they are, most of the time (women are an exception)
That said, I planned to rewind T-1, the questions are irrelevant to whether or not I rewound it. The resistance measurements were taken after I pulled the wire off of the toroid.?
