Was it ever recognized in your Windows 11 ?
Were you able to connect to tranceiver using terminal?
Try: Press [Windows] once and type "Device". "Device manager" should pop up. Select it.
Device should be listed under "Ports (COM & LPT)"
Do not close, window. Try to unplug USB-C cable, connect back. Anything changed?
Repeat same with power cable.
You are connecting USB-C for data transfer and power cable, both of them, right? :)
Indeed, to flash new firmware, device must be in "removable memory" mode (like any USB flash disk).
Possible, that you already tried to flash and, for some reason, firmware got corrupted. Very unlikely.
