If you do not see a port detected for the progrock try either another usb port on computer if available and/or another usb cable. I noticed reading on the progrock 2 Hans states no need to get a driver for win10 or 11 already there. Only if an earlier version of windows then need a driver. And if this is something else other than windows then I do not have knowledge on other OS.
