I just checked the weather forecast for southern Michigan on the 19th and we have an outstanding day in the offing¡.. 70 degrees and bright sunshine. What a good day for a fall drive. The trees are very colorful and the drive down should be a nice one.

For anyone that was on the fence about attending, the weather is not going to be a problem, so grab a sandwich and something to drink and set your GPS and head out for Coldwater.

Tom, W8MK and John, W8QZ are planning to fly in for the picnic, while the rest of us are earthbound.?

Again, the address is 351 Airport Drive on the west side of Coldwater and we will be monitoring the Branch County Amateur Radio Club¡®s UHF repeater on 443.300 with 123 Hz tone. This repeater has great coverage and is easily worked with a handheld. You can also contact me by phone at 517-617-4883.
