Hello to all QC users,

In the future, i think that i will try to translate QChartist source code from RapidQ to BCX Basic.

BCX is an open source, freeware project that had its beginning in June 1999.

It is still very active today.
It supports 32 and 64 bit cpu.
It supports mixing C , C++ , Basic
It is open source, cross-platform
In brief, superb !
I have to make some research and give it a try ; when i have the time.

I want that my source code to be successfully compiled using popular compilers like:
MS Visual C/C++
LLVM/Clang C/C++
Mingw32/64 C/C++

This task will be a hard work but it will be great !

I can imagine the big work to do:
First:
- Port RapidQ integrated Components
- Port RapidQ Custom Components (RapidQ.inc - RapidQ2.inc - Windows.inc ...)

On Daily TF, uses:
- TD Sequential at least 13
- Murrey Math
- Yearly Pivot Points
- Average Monthly Range

Envelopes on SPX Monthly are also interesting


- Hurst FLD 80 Weekly too
- Ichimoku Cloud Monthly too

This may help to determine long term trends

- Hurst FLD 80 on BTC Weekly is interesting too

There may be a bug with the PlanetCycles indicator:

The bug appears when you load BTCUSD Weekly chart with Tiingo Crypto data source.
For example if you open a ticker on Weekly Timeframe, the error is a message box with: "Illegal Date"
On Daily TF it seems to work.

Solution:
Convert Daily TF to Weekly TF with the "Period Converter" in menu File

To do so:
Open the ticker (in date source) on Daily TF with many bars (start date of 2017 or less) ;
once the Daily chart opened: click on Period Converter ;
enter 7 (for 7 days = 1 week) and press Enter
Now open the csv file yourticker1440_10080.csv ; decrease the number of displayed bars and click OK ;
Apply the PlanetCycles indicator ;
Show the separate canvas ;
It works!
