WRMI shortwave radio is celebrating our 25th anniversary on the air, and six years on the air from Okeechobee, on Sunday, December 1st from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Hi Al,

I will miss the meeting Tuesday since I have the flu and and will just finish treatment Monday night. But the Dr says I will be contagious for a few more days. (Our whole house has the flu from the 6 year old on up). I would not want to come and spread germs on anyone else there. And it is really hard to eat through one of these masks they gave me to wear!

My best to all for a great Holiday season, Chanukah and/or Christmas and a very Happy 2020.

Dear Radio Amateur,

The Palms West ARC will be holding a free Laurel VEC testing session on Sunday, January 12 at 10 AM at Firehouse #28, 1040 Royal Palm Beach Blvd, Royal Palm Beach, FL? 33411 for all Radio Amateur license classes.

If you want to take the Technician exam or upgrade to General or Extra, please let me know.? For upgrades, don't forget to bring a copy of your license (or original CSCE if you do not have your license yet).? And, if you know someone who is ready to take the Technician test, please tell them about us.

You will need an FRN number to take any test or perform administrative actions.? If you do not have one, visit .

If you are one of my VEs and would like to volunteer for the session, please let me know.? If you have not volunteered recently, please do!
