Re: Family Emergency Communications Plan
开云体育I enjoyed the insight that was shared on last nights net about Family Emergency Communications plans. I have attached below the template I built for our family that also includes a PACE breakdown (Primary, Alternate, Contingent and Emergency) on the left side for communications and for meet up points on the right side.? I also included our larger PACE plan for multiple emergency areas of focus.? Would love to hear feedback on things I may have missed or need to think through more thoroughly.? Thanks in advance for your input and ideas. ? Trevor, W7TJH ? ? ? ? ? |

Amateur Extra Question Pool with Correct Answer Only
Good day, For those of you looking to upgrade to AE, I've created a study document that contains the new question pool and CORRECT answers only.? This document is valid from 7/1/2024 through 6/30/2028. For folks who use the memory method, it is not necessary to memorize incorrect answers. You can find it here: Here is another version from AD7FO that also adds some tips and explanations: Regards, Joe, |
Latest list of Test Sessions for June, July, August, & September
Here's the latest list of Test Sessions for June, July, August, & September in our regional area. Here is the Technician Class study guide from KB6NU. It is great for self-study and available from the Queen Creek Amateur Radio Club website: Another reminder: If you are upgrading, the FCC fee of $35 DOES NOT apply to upgrading your license class. Something new: Free study materials for General Class and Amateur Extra Class are also available at the Queen Creek Amateur Radio Club website: A study guide for the new Amateur Extra Question Pool beginning July 1st has been added to our free materials.? IMPORTANT:? If you have been studying for the Amateur Extra exam and are ready to take the exam, the last (2) in-person sessions for the current question pool will be on June 29th.? They are listed as the first two entries in the lastest test session list. (Superstition ARC and Arizona ARC) Please note that Superstition Amateur Radio Club has begun its own regular VE Sessions and is a great addition to the regional test session list. Regards, Joe - |
