Solar cycle minimum passed in December 2019 I received this note yesterday from Jim, KF7E, our local propagation guru. Sounds like very good news! From Jim: "According to the stats, it begins to look like the very long minimum has passed. (Caveat: '...there are lies, damned lies, then there are statistics'."
