Not sure who still receives these

Anyone out there a descendant of William Henry Young, b. 1815 Caldwell’s Manor?

Not related, but it’s great to see this message. ?I don’t know why this group is inactive.
Cheers,
Grant

I am not, although many of my ancestors lived at Caldwell's Manor. I'll ask around my network... The folks at Adams Excavation in Clarenceville may know...

Sorry, wasn’t sure it was still working. I have the Bible for William Henry Young b. 1815. That’s why I’m looking. While I am most definitely a YOUNG descendant, this particular branch is not mine.
I managed to collect so much over the years I ran the QC-ETANGLO site and I need to find owners for a few.

Still alive and kicking, but our old methods of communicating are apparently no good anymore, lol. Glad to see folks still on here, Grant!

This was definitely a way to connect with people who did not join Ancestry and Facebook groups, often people who had oral family histories and memorabilia and were not arm chair researchers like me. Also,a time when people’s email addresses did not constantly change.
Pam, a big thank you to you for all your work in helping people discover more about their families and making a space for people to connect.

I had forgotten the switch to groups.io back in 2020. We weren’t getting any traffic.

Pam,

There is nobody with the last name Young left in Noyan and my network has not yet discovered anybody there with a Young in their family tree. I will update you if I hear any more.

Bill, I am related to all of them but looking for descendants of William Henry Young because I have a family Bible. Many family entries. They all coincide with church records so nothing new, but I feel that a direct descendant should have it, or at least the pages of record.
