Web links to Q900 info
The attached PDF contains a number of links to materials on the web which contain real information about the Q900. Many pages I have seen are just quoting ad material. None of those are listed here.

Re: Got my "new" used Q900 in the mail today
Bob that would be BRILLIANT.
The manual as you say is a ‘How To’, but it is sorely missing the ‘What this means’.
I think that would be genuinely helpful to so many.
Sincerely,
Brian

If you hit play at the bottom of the app, that starts the waterfall. See if that works.

In this menu, you have the choice of DMR and DFM. Can't find any reference anywhere to DFM.? Anyone know what this setting does?

Basically if I were to way

Thanks, Brian. We need a DMR expert here if one doesn’t have one locally.

Re: DMR menu - what is CH_TYPE DFM?
Thanks for the reply George.? Does the DMR work in this radio in the US?? I think I read somewhere that it works radio to radio but not radio to repeater.? Can't verify that though.
