The successful applicant will report directly to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for assisting with the overall achievement of the Sales Department goals.

Applicants should have:

• Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in a similar position.
• Preferred prior hotel experience in:

• Rooms rates and controls;
• Account management of Australia & New Zealand wholesalers;
• Food & Beverage and entertainment;
• Sales promotion.

• Valid drivers license.

The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:

• Skilled in the use of computers and software programs associated with Hotels Property Management Systems
• Excellent negotiating skills and have a pro-active approach to dealing with Market Surveys and Guest Satisfaction processes.
• Must possess sound understanding of wholesale driven business.
• Knowledge and understanding of company policy in relation to extension of credit facility to companies and private individuals, advance deposit payments, cancellations and appropriate fees.
• Ability to use and operate various audio visual aids and equipment.
