Position Description Reporting to the Deployment Officer, the IT Support Assistant will provide operational, project and immediate response support for up- to 50 staff.? This position is responsible for end-to-end IT support, including asset management, equipment set-up, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the IT system. Key responsibilities also include managing software licensing, user onboarding and coordination with internal technical team.?? ? Essential qualifications and experience? ¡¤ Degree in Information Technology or related fields, or equivalent experience.?? ¡¤ Experience supporting all aspects of IT support or ticketed support system.? ¡¤ Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, Office 365 and managing users in the Microsoft Entra environment.??
