Hi All! It was great to see many of you at the WS Convention in Austin! Such an amazing and uplifting convention. I am looking forward to seeing you at WS Conference in Dallas in a few weeks. It looks like we have a large number of Delegates registered and I am super excited to be of service to the fellowship we all love. That being said, I am attaching a revised AREA REPORT and I am asking that each Area complete them and send them to me within the next four days. Pretty please with a cherry on top. The main revision is that it asks specific information around what type of meetings you have: in person, virtual, hybrid. Also, please double and triple check that you have access to the BOX that was sent out in the delegate mailings. You will need this to access all reports and associated conference documents. We are asking for information on any checks you, your Area, or Districts/Committees in your Area have sent to WSO that you/they did not receive a receipt for going back to 01-Jan-2021. If you could provide me with the following information as soon as reasonably possible, I would appreciate it. Person/Area/District/Committee that wrote the check Check # Check Date Check Amount What the check was for - Donation, product order, something else Date the check was cashed If it is possible to provide images of the front/back of the checks, that would be helpful as well. Hi All, Steve C., our Alternate TEC Delegate has stepped up to fill the position of TEC Delegate for the PSR. Unfortunately, with the technological difficulties, and relaying the conversation through a side phone call, we did not realize that Howard had fulfilled his WS Delegate commitment and was currently serving as his Area Chair. Please refer to page 63, in the CA World Service Manual, 2022 Edition for more information on the requirements of the position. SO...A big thank you to Steve for stepping up AND a huge thank you to Howard for being willing to be of service.
