Hi everyone,
Friendly reminder -- The deadline for Areas to Credential their Delegates and Alternate Delegates is July 29, 2024.
For Credentialing, *YES*, even Alternate Delegates who will not have a vote at the upcoming 2024 Conference need to be credentialed.?
For all Delegates and Alternate Delegates, if you do not already know for positive that your Area Chairperson has submitted the necessary credentialing form I highly recommend that you contact them now to find out.
If you are attending the 2024 Conference, even as a non-voting member, you must be registered. ?
If you have any questions about this, please reach out. I look forward to seeing many of you at the Conference in a few weeks.

If you do not have access to the Delegate Information Main File folder, please email Laurie G. at conference@....

If you did not receive notification that the info was uploaded to Box, you need to change your profile settings in Box.

Please forward onto any regional service groups that include Area Delegates and Alt Delegates.?
¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª Initial response to credentialing and registration has been great. However a large number of conference attendees have yet to do either. Please can you discuss with fellow delegates and check with each other that you¡¯re both credentialed and registered. This is requirement and must be done a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of conference.? Please note, if you¡¯re an Alt Delegate with no vote you should still be/get credentialed and show as 0 VOTE¡.this eases the process should a vote needs to be proxied. If you are a delegate from an area not attending conference please credential your votes as again this makes it easier should you with to proxy your vote.? Both platforms (registration and credentialing) can be found on ca.org so please have a look and ask for help if you are unsure.? Many thanks ILAS |

Just a reminder that you all should be sharing the Tradition 11 Ballot with your Area Chairs so that they can distribute the ballots to the groups/meetings.? Also, I have received Trustee candidate names from CALA and SGPVCA only.? If you have a candidate that your area has approved, please email me their information as soon as possible.?
